The iRobot App lets you watch videos that show how to maintain the different elements of the machine. For example replacing the mopping pad and filtering the water tank.

The only drawback is that the iRobot Combo J7+ only mops if you have a mopping pad attached and its 210 ml water tank is full. If one or the other is missing, it just vacuums. You can easily keep an eye on the tank's water level via the iRobot app, and when it is empty you'll receive an alert to refill it.

2. Roborock Q Revo

The Q Revo is a budget robot that does an excellent job at mopping and vacuuming. The mopping efficiency, especially considering the price, is awe-inspiring. It is able to mop well on hard floors and carpets and picks up fine to large particles (think hair tangles Kitty litter, cereals of all sizes). It also does an excellent job of cleaning up dry spills and messes. It is also excellent for cleaning up stairs and other places that can easily get stuck.

The mopping system uses rotating pads to clean your floors and eliminate dirt and grime even from areas that are stuck. The pad also completely dries with 45 minutes of warm air after each cleaning, preventing mold and unpleasant smells. You can easily control the robot using the Roborock app, or make use of your voice to get your mopping started change settings, and more.

The vacuuming is also top-quality. It is equipped with a powerful vacuum and a high-efficiency filter that is able to capture all types of debris from fine to large. It's only downside is it's not as effective on carpet with pet hair. After two vacuuming sessions at maximum power 10 percent of pet hair remained on the surface. This is not unheard of.

The Q Revo is a fantastic product, thanks to its superior navigation and obstacle avoidance. It also has great mopping and cleaning capabilities. It's not as great as the higher-end robot vacuum and mop, however, it's an excellent option for anyone on a tight budget. It also charges up to 30% quicker than the previous models and works with Amazon Alexa and Apple Siri Shortcuts. This is a lot of ease for a tiny amount of money. 3. Yeedi Cube

The Yeedi Cube vacuum/mop robot is extremely affordable and has many great features. Setup is a breeze and takes just five minutes. After you have removed the protective plastic and manufacturing tape, you can scan the QR code on the app to begin. The app is intuitive and guides you through the process in a simple manner. Once configured, the Cube is now ready to begin mapping and cleaning.

The app lets you customise your home layout and design maps that the robot can follow. The app lets you divide rooms into smaller segments to allow them to be targeted more specifically. For instance, you can create a map of the kitchen and another one for the living room, allowing the robot to vacuum the floors in each room at different times.

As compared to other robots that I've tested, the Yeedi Cube has a unique design that gives it an industrial look. The base station has more modularity than other robots, with the tank for dirty water and an auto-empty feature on one side and the vacuum on the other. The reusable mop pads are also distinct. They fit into the top of the robot and are connected to a handle in the front, making it easy to remove and refill.

The vacuum is as efficient as any other robot I've tested and comes with two brushes instead of the single one in the majority of models. This increases the vacuum's coverage area, and reduces the chance of debris getting lost around furniture and walls. It isn't perfect in recognition of objects and can get into objects like the carpet with tassels in my office.

4. iRobot Braava Jet m6

The iRobot Braava Jet m6 robot mop is an excellent choice for maintaining your flooring. It does an excellent job and keeps them looking amazing. It's not able to perform the vacuuming work of other hybrids on this list and doesn't transition onto rugs or carpet like they do, however it has a long battery life and smart mopping features. It is a good option for maintaining your hard floors in a small to mid-sized home.

It operates in dry sweeping mode, too it can clean up to 1,000 square feet with a single charge. It's also able to draw your floor plan using the iRobot app and clean rooms in sequence with compatible Roomba vacuums.

When it is used in wet mopping mode, the m6 employs a precise spray to dampen the floor in straight and efficient lines. It's fascinating to watch, and it was able to take on even the toughest dried-in juice and coffee stain on my floors. It is possible to set it up to use less water or greater than the maximum amount specified by the app.

The iRobot app is one of the top available and allows you to sync with your home wi-fi easy. The Shark AI Ultra 2-in-1 robot mop and vacuum with XLHEPA Self-Empty base, which we reviewed, costs $699 / PS559 / approximately $1054. If you don't need the charging base, it'll cost $549 /PS395 / approximately $675.

Shark RV2610WA is a fantastic option for anyone who is seeking a robot that is able to do both vacuuming as well mopping. It uses sonic mopping to scrub your floors at a rate of 100 times per minute, and it's capable of deep cleaning stains that are difficult to remove with its included stain-lifting solution. The app lets you program the machine to clean at a particular time and day. It also comes with an advanced feature that lets you to control your robot even when you are away.

The Shark vacuum cleaner is effective in vacuuming and is able to pick up most debris. However, it's not as effective on carpets. It's not difficult for pet hair to get trapped in the brushroll and its dirt bin will quickly fill up. There are a few parts that require regular maintenance and replacement.
