What is an Upgrade item upgrader kit in Genshin Impact?

Upgrade items are special items that assist certain Pokemon to evolve. They can be obtained by spinning Pokestop discs, and also as rewards for events that are related to evolution.

They can be incorporated into armor, weapons trinkets, weapons, or gathering tools to give additional effects or stats. Certain upgrades also come with the appearance of a certain cosmetic when used.

Upgrade components

Upgrade components are items that can be put into weapons, armor and trinkets to give an added bonus or effect while the equipment is utilized. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or acquired as rewards. They can also be crafted dropped, made, or obtained through crafting. Upgrade components are required to be higher than the item upgrade that they will be added to. Most require that the item has an upgrade slot. Upgrade components can be replaced with other upgrade components, except for inscriptions and glyphs, which are only able to be removed or added freely.

The most commonly used upgrade components are gems, infusions, and enrichments. Gems are upgrade components that can be inserted into any type of equipment, and provide smaller bonuses than other upgrade components. Infusions and enrichments can only be used on non-amulet equipment and some legendary equipment. They can be recovered from the equipment that they are in using an Upgrade Extractor Device, or by salvaging using a Black Lion Salvage Kit or an Ascended Salvage tool.

Other upgrade items such as glyphs or inscriptions can be removed or added to the gathering tools. They can have a variety of bonus effects such as increasing the gather speed or bringing in more materials. Inscriptions can be used to alter the name of an object. For example an object could change its name to a 'Fiery Sword,' by adding Sword Pommel of fortitude, or a Canthan Armor of Minor Vigor by adding Rune of Minor Vigor.

Glyphs

Glyphs represent a concept or idea using symbols in character. A glyph could be an icon or a drawing, such as a flag or heart. These symbols can be used to create a complete visual language. A glyph could also be accompanied by a standard code that is used by all fonts to indicate it. This code is called a Unicode.

The shape of glyphs determines which Primary Stats and Secondary Stats can be added. Certain glyphs will come with both Secondary and Primary Stat bonuses, whereas others only have one or the other. The glyphs with both Primary and Secondary Stats will add to the total stats of the unit while the ones with only a single Primary Stat bonus will multiply the values of that stat.

It is easy to use glyphs. Click and hold the point of insertion for text to open the Glyphs panel. Select the glyph you want to insert. View All Glyphs lets you see a complete list of all glyphs. The glyphs will be listed in order based on their Unicode code. You can select the one you would like to insert.

When you create the glyph set for the first time, it is saved with other InDesign preferences in a file that can be shared. The glyphs aren't tied to any particular document and can be edited by selecting Edit Glyphs Set from the Glyphs Panel menu. You can also choose if the glyphs should remember their fonts when you insert them into text.

Rare glyphs are crucial for your build, and you should start farming these as soon as you can. They are available in World Tier 3 Dungeons as well as Nightmare Dungeons and Helltides. They are more accessible than the rare shards you can obtain by crafting items, and provide a better upgrade for your gear. Rerolling
