What Are Defra Approved Stoves?

Also known as Defra Exempt Stoves and Smoke Control Approved Stoves, these stoves are typically designed to burn DEFRA approved wood burning stoves approved smokeless fuels, such as Anthracite ovals. They are not suitable for use with wood.
