When the sensor is fully operational, it should be reading around 1000 ohms. If you're experiencing issues with this part, check for evidence of oil or coolant in the connector bay.
2. Injectors
Yesterday, as i was accelerating off the highway paytoll at maximum speed I noticed a massive drop in power. It was like the engine had run out of gas. Or, my injectors weren't firing. I pulled out the spark plugs this morning, 3 were soaked in gasoline, and the fourth was unclean. I put a piece of tissue over each injector hole, and when i start the engine with no sparks, the ones with gazoline jump out. The fourth one remains shut. I checked the ground connection on ECU pins 14/55,30/55 and 48/55 I get 0ohm. I'm assuming that the issue is somewhere else.
I also tried to reset the PID but without success. The car is able to start if the G28 is not plugged in and runs fine when it is plugged in however it has intermittent misfire issues at higher RPM. The coolant temperature sensor (G62) shows the wrong temperature of that is -49c even after unplugging it. I also noticed that the oil gauge in the cockpit shows 2 bar but the actual pressure is zero.
I'm not sure what to do. I feel like i've pretty much eliminated everything else. But i'm worried that I may have missed something. If anyone has suggestions, please share them! TIA!
