3 wheel all terrain buggy Wheel Double Buggy

The Fox 5 is an all-terrain stroller that is ideal for parents who like to explore off-road. It features a fantastic suspension and huge wheels that are puncture-proof.

Our tester Claire was impressed by the clean packaging, easy-to-open and deemed it to be one of the fastest and most simple pieces of baby gear to put together. She took it out to explore some rough terrain and was very pleased with its performance.

Seats

The majority of triple buggies start life as single pushchairs, but some can be converted to take a second seat or carrycot by converting adapters (these are usually more common in tandem buggies). Certain models let you add an additional board for older children who are able to walk, but need some help.

Check out the Joie Evalite Duo for an ideal, lightweight solution for urban streets. It is easy to maneuver and has a large basket that is full of storage. It can accommodate twins from at birth and can accommodate two car seats or a carrycot that has a seat. The seats must be facing forward and there is no space to store bags of groceries under the seat. You will need an extra sidepack.

Mountain Buggy Duet will be the best choice If you like off-road driving. It's a side-by-side with the slimmest footprint of any double buggy on the market. It's easier to maneuver through narrow doors, on public transport and to climb up and over kerbs. It also has a handbrake on the adjustable handlebar for extra security and safety.

Another option that is lightweight is the UPPAbaby Vista 2 Double, which can be used for twins or a toddler and a baby. The seats are multi-positional reclining with UPF 50+ sunshades. The canopy can be adjusted so that the sun doesn't touch your child's eyes. The Vista 2 can even be transformed into a triple with the addition of UPPAbaby's 'PiggyBack board for older and mobile children.

The iCandy Orange is one of the most well-known double buggies available due to its outstanding comfort. It's an all-terrain model with a soft suspension that can easily handle bumpy surfaces. It comes with 30 different seating options and a built-in board for older children who prefer walking, and a "cinema mode' that raises the back seats to provide better visibility.

Alternately, the phil&teds dots is a fantastic single buggy from the beginning that is able to easily be adapted to take 2 (or 3 wheel parent Facing pushchair!) different configurations. This is particularly helpful if you have an infant in a car seat, because the frame can be equipped with a wedgie to allow for optimal lie-flat positioning, or car seat adapters to various brands.

Suspension

The quality of the suspension on a triple buggy is essential to how it will be easy for you and your baby to push. It is essential to have a smooth ride because babies can feel every bump on the road. This is especially relevant if you drive on rough terrain such as grass or roads that aren't paved. Certain models also have front wheels that lock to assist in maneuvering and navigating obstacles such as curbs.

Folding

The clever frame can be expanded to accommodate a second seat, but it only weighs about 11kg so it's easy to lift and manoeuvre. It can be used with a car seat, carrycot, or both. This allows you to get the best of all worlds.
