2. Injectors
Yesterday, as i was accelerating off the highway paytoll at maximum speed I noticed a significant reduction in power. It was as if the engine was running out of gas. Or, my injectors weren't firing. This morning i pull out the spark plugs. Three were soaked with gazoline and the fourth one was dry. When I start the engine with no sparks i put tissue on top of each injector hole and the 3 that were drenched in gazoline leap out, however the 4th stay shut. I tested the ground connection on ECU pins 14/55, 30/55 and 48/55. I got zero ohm. I'm assuming the issue is in another place.
I also tried to reset the PID without success. The car will start when the G28 is unplugged, and it runs fine with the G28 connected. However the intermittent misfire issue continues to occur at higher RPM. The temperature sensor for the coolant (G62) shows the wrong temperature value of -49c even when i unplug it. Also i noticed that the gauge for oil pressure in the cockpit shows 2 bar when the actual pressure is 0.0 if i crank up the engine.
I'm not certain what to do, i feel i have pretty much ruled out everything else. I'm concerned that i may have missed something. Please let me know should you have any suggestions! TIA!
3. Fuel Pump
